Siren #228: Chant (photos 1-4): This particular antique/vintage car horn was made in India, is approximately 7.75” tall with a 3.25” bell and married to a reclaimed walnut base. The whole piece is approximately 11” tall x 5.25” wide x 6.5” deep.

Siren #229: Rudolph (photos 1, 5-7): This particular antique/vintage car horn is approximately 11” tall with a 3” bell and married to a reclaimed walnut base. The whole piece is approximately 13.5” tall x 5.25” wide x 6.5” deep.

These horns would have been mounted on the side of a car or motorcycle and used to have a reed and rubber ball attached to it. The base is finished with Betty’s Board Butter (beeswax and mineral oil). You may wish to re-oil your base occasionally. Each Siren is signed on the bottom of the base with the siren # and name.
