Siren #91: Bodacious Witch

Siren #91: Bodacious Witch

$600.00

Bodacious Witch is one beautiful babe with a booming voice. She makes quite a statement standing over three feet tall! This Early 20th Century Brass “Witch’s Hat” Phonograph Horn was used with an Edison cylinder phonograph and/or Columbia graphaphone. It would have come with a support crane.

She stands approximately 3.4 feet tall with a 20” bust (the whole piece is 38” tall x 22” wide x 20” deep). She is married to a reclaimed floor joist base from Plays & Players Theater on Delancey St. in Philadelphia, PA. The wood is from a renovation of the theater that was done in the early 90’s. The joist was removed in order to make room for the trap door on the stage. The base is finished with Betty’s Board Butter (beeswax & mineral oil). You may want to re-oil the base occasionally. Each Siren is signed on the bottom of the base.

If your phone has stereo options you may want to play around with mono and stereo settings to see which you prefer.
