Our Sawdust Sirens are old style acoustic amplifiers for your new phone's speaker. Simply put your phone in and have a listen.

We were asked to make a base for this particular radio horn speaker from a lovely individual in California. But in order to do so we had to have the horn shipped to us on the east cost and then we in turn shipped it back to the west coast.

This golden gooseneck Magnavox Radio Speaker Horn was originally manufactured in Oakland, CA in the 1920’s. the horn has a 14.25” bell and stands 22.5” tall. She’s paired with a reclaimed ash base, and finished with Betty’s Board Butter (beeswax & mineral oil). You may wish to re-oil the base occasionally. Each Siren is signed on the bottom of the base.

If your phone has stereo options you may want to play around with mono and stereo settings to see which you prefer.
